Do I need to be present during the installation?
At the start, yes. An adult (18+ years old) with the key/fob for the vehicle will open and run the vehicle before we start installation. We will need to keep the vehicle key/fob during installation, so it is your choice if you want to stay with your car or we can let you known when the installation is complete with a text or a call.
